Movie Review: Heroine Shikkaku (Live Action)

Make you heartbroken and fall in love!

Heroine Shikkaku (also known as Disqualified Heroine, No Longer Heroine) is a film adapted from the same tittled manga by Koda Momoko in 2015. Directed by Hanabusa Tsutomu, this film has a romance-comedy genre that many teenagers and adults like. Heroine Shikkaku premiered in theaters at September 19 2015.

This film tells the story of a high school student named Matsuzaki Hatori (starred by Kiritani Mirei) who falls in love with her childhood friend, Terasaka Rita (starred by Yamazaki Kento). Hatori believes, later Rita will reciprocate her feelings. But unexpectedly, Rita was dating someone else named Adachi Miho (starred by Wagatsuma Miwako). Hatori, who had hoped full and heartbroken, did not want to give up because the person who was liked by Rita was an ordinary girl who was unpopular. After that, he met the most popular guy at his school, Hiromitsu Kosuke (starred by Sakaguchi Kentaro), and since then Kosuke has put his heart on Hatori.

I like this film because the plot doesn’t change much from the manga version. Besides the actors are my favorite, their acting were extraordinary. They can make the scene ‘alive’. In addition, there are some special effects that make it looks real and dramatic in the precise amount. Even though the plot seems a bit cliché, but I highly recommend the fans orf rom-com genre to watch it.

Because this series talked about some common and serious issues in teenagers life like bullying, abuse, rape and nuances of being teenager in this era or age of technology. Its really suites for us who were called as the millenial generation or the echo boomers.                       Based on my POV after I watched this this ennormous drama series, every issues or problems that teenagers facing nowadays is commonly same from all around the world. It always 'bout bullying, abusing, and raping in some western country.            I was ever being bullied in junior highschool but I could handle it with the man way, and it solved :). But then I was wrong, facing bullying or other teenagers problem isn'...

My Dreams Everyone has their own dreams that they want to reach. The dreams sometimes seem so high and sometimes so simply to realize it. Different people also has different ways to bring they dreams into reality. By having dreams we will know about our goal in life. So do I, I have a dream to continue my master degree in abroad, exactly in Australia. Therefore I follow some seminars in order that I know how to continue studying abroad. In seminar I get several tips to succeed getting scholarship abroad. Firstly, we must never give up and be brave to try many kinds of opportunities to go abroad, for instance student exchange or other event that make us go abroad. Although at first attempt we fail, we must try and try again until we get it. For example from my lecturer is when he was student of university he ever tried to follow student exchange until three times but unfortunately he is failed. Then when he had graduated from university he tried again to apply scholarship studying...
