Because the time has changed

A teenager is
someone that ages for about 13 and 19 years old. That age is the people
experienced a significant change in physical and psychological. Teenagers in
this era are different with teenagers in past. Teenagers in 90s do not
dependent on technology. However, teenagers in this era have been introduced to
sophisticated technology and they are very addicted to it. They are famous as
millennial generation. In fact, the lifestyle teenagers today are very
different from a teenager in the millennial era.
The difference
that was really clear from teenagers in 90s and millennial era is when they
were in the school. in the past,
teenagers had a high enthusiasm for learning. Although at that time still there
was no motorcycle, they still spirit to take a walk in the far away for
learning. Moreover, when the teachers gave them some assignments, they never
complain. At that time there was no internet but they did it well by look for
the answer from a newspaper, book and also television. On the contrary, today’s
teenagers are lazy to go to school. Even
if they have personal transportation such as a motorcycle, they still do not
have a spirit to study seriously. Moreover, they mostly grumble when they get
some assignments from the teachers. Whereas teenagers in this era are really
easy to get the information, they just need to open the internet and type what
they want to know.
When gathering
with friends, 90s teenagers spend a long time joking and telling about
something. Especially if anyone can play a musical instrument, usually they
sing a song together regardless of their voice sweet or not. Sometimes, if they
do not have a topic of conversation, they usually watch TV together. Unlike,
teenagers in the millennial era preferred to play their gadgets than gathered
with their friends, even if they gather in a place, but they are still busy
with their gadget. Millennial generations are more individual than teenager s
in the 90s.
A feeling of
gloom is definitely experienced by a teenager in the 90s and also in the
millennial era. Even so the way they express it is different. The teenager in
the 90s, the first thing they did was write it in a diary or tell to their
close friend. The teenager in 90s did not like to drag on grief. They will
immediately find a solution and cover it so that no one knows. Whereas
millennial generations really like to upload status when they are sad, they
even upload to those who are crying or with puffy eyes as if they want to show
off that they are sad. The worst thing is sometimes they shut up in rooms for
days.
The difference
between adolescent in 90s and millennial generations is already apparent from
their daily lives. The changes that occur in adolescents are due to
increasingly sophisticated technology development. With this increasingly
sophisticated technology, we should be able to be wiser to use it well. We must
be able to take every positive side and apply it to everyday life. Even though
adolescence is still an unstable age, I hope with the technology that they have
now, they can use it to support their country.
