How I Choose English Department
At first I do not want to school in Islamic
State University Maulana Malik Ibrahim. I did not know about this university.
But at the time of SBMPTN I choose English literature department but I put in
the third option. Because in the first option I choose dentistry, and in second
option I choose informatics engineering at Brawijaya University. At that time I wanted to choose English
literature at Malang State University, but when I see the quota is very least.
And then my parents and I searched for other university whose have many quota
of English literature, so I have more opportunities to accepted even though in
the third option.
At the time of the
announcement, I was accepted in the third option. At first I felt so grateful,
then at that time I hesitated, because in fact I like the department but less
like the university. Because I do not like school or university that has basic
in religion. But, I chose to take it because I remember how hard to get it. At
first I felt the difficulty of having to adjust between mahad activities,
regular lectures, and lectures PPBA. Especially live in mahad. Because I never
lived in mahad before, so I felt very difficult. But finally I can take a
lesson in here. Because in here besides I can study regular lectures, I also can
Arabic languange, and can improve my religion. And now I think that is the
reason I am studying here.
