The habit of staring at the screens of smartphones and tablets at night gives a negative impact on health. A study taken from Hardvard Health Publications said that humans have a natural cycle in which we will be awake during the day and sleep at night. When exposed to screen light at night this cycle will potentially be damaged. There are 4 negative effects because of staring at the smartphones screen at night.
Looking at the screen of a smartphone and tablet at night can endanger the eyes. Exposure to light on the smartphone screen reduces the level of blinking of the eye. Finally this can cause eye irritation, tension, dryness in the eye area to run away. Moorfields Eye Hospital also found that many office workers complained of pain and redness in the area of their eyes as a result of too long a PC / computer screen. Therefore, staring at the smartphone screen at night is very much for eye health.
Looking at the screen of a smartphone and tablet at night with a long time of day can have a negative impact on the hormone meltonin. Hormone melatonin is a hormone that is sensitive to light stimuli. Hormone melatonin can only be produced when we fall asleep or the condition of the body is not active at night so that this hormone can produce optimally. If the production of melatonin hormone is disrupted, the brain's performance becomes slow so we have difficulty focusing on something.
Looking at the screen of a smartphone and tablet at night with a long time of day can potentially cause blindness. A report published by the New England Journal of Medicine, found two women aged 22 and 40 years had temporary blindness. Ophthalmologist at the eye hospital in Moorfield, said this happened because they often saw smartphone while sleeping on their side with one eye. While, the other eye is covered with a pillow. Of course one of their eyes adapted to light because they saw smartphone and others adapted to the dark.
Using a gadget before going to bed has a lot of negative effects on its users. The example is eye irritation, tension, dryness in the eye area to run away. Besides that, it can also make it difficult for us to focus on thinking about something. Even more severe can also cause temporary blindness. Therefore, I hope that gadget users can now wisely use the object.

My 3 rd Semester In the third semester, I felt very comfortable. My classmates are very friendly, so I'm not too difficult to adjust with them. They are also good and like to help each other in the lesson. When I did not understand about the lesson, I will ask and discuss it with my friend. In the third semester, I also just got to know the lesson called linguistic and literature. At first I had a hard time because I had not gotten a picture of the lesson. Then, I learned that linguistics was more focused on memorization, and literature focusing more on practice. In my opinion the most difficult lesson is grammar, because if we don't understand the lesson we will also have difficulties in writing, reading, and etc. Sometimes I have difficulties to divide time to study between one lesson and another. The reason is because sometimes I more focus on learning to lessons that I can't and other lessons are little disturbed. Therefore, in the next semester I will change...

University vs School At first time I study in university, I was shock. All I have imagined is wrong. I thought study in university as I watch in most of film in Indonesia. They can be relaxed after the class, they can go to anywhere they want, and they also can work part time. In fact, learning in university makes me busier than I was in the school. Moreover most of the assignment is more complicated. There are some differences between learning in University and in the school.                 When studying in University, I am required to be self-learning. Most of the lecturer usually only teach about the basic of the materials. If we do not study by ourselves and only based on what lecturer give to us, we will get nothing.
